W2 with Per Diem and Finder Fee Method of Consulting
Under this relationship the Peningo Member relationship described in 3 above is expanded
by a request of the Peningo Member to include a further split of the W2 into an additional
element of Per diem for those cases when the assignment is located away from the Peningo
Member home base.
