Welcome to the Peningo Consultant Exchange page. As we
develop our Web Presence and our Candidate Database,
please feel free in reviewing the various links of sample
candidates that have recently become available. These
candidates can be access from the links under the Specialties
section on the page or from the "Peningo Talent Search"
page. Please keep in mind that this is a very small sampling of
the Peningo Consultants.

The Peningo Consultant Exchange product

One of the exciting products that we will be offering to
"Client" companies is the Peningo Consultant Exchange and
Peningo Consultant Search Engine. We anticipate that in a
short time we will have available for you a Database of
Consultants who are all subscribers to the Peningo
Consultant Services and the Peningo Opinion Newsletter.

With the Peningo Consultant Exchange we are creating a
marketplace where you the Client and be in direct contact
with the IT Consultant you need.

The database's core will be made of the same Consultants that
could have been representing a Software Vendors
Professional Services organization or Global Service
Organization.

The Client Companies will be able to search candidate
profiles, CVs and have access to pertinent information, such
as, rate, availability and location restrictions. As to rates, we at
Peningo will always advocate to the Consultant and to the
client that all rates are "All Inclusive" of travel expenses.

With the Peningo Consultant Exchange, you will be able to
contact and negotiate rates with these Consultants directly. As
a result, you should be able to retain these consultants at a
faction of the "Elite's" billing rate, saving your company a
tremendous amount of resources.
