Lead consultant managing the upgrade of the JDA TM/TP solutions to 6.3.5.1.
Designed the solution to convert the integration between JDA TM and Oracle ERP from Webmethods to Tibco.
Responsibilities included documenting system changes between 6.1.8 and 6.3.5.1 in both TM and TP.

Nestlé Purina Petcare
Lead consultant managing the upgrade of the JDA TM/TP solutions to 6.3.3 from an AIX/DB2 to a Windows/Oracle hardware stack.
Managed the implementation of TM/TP for Purina’s Dry and Wet plants.
Manage and develop enhancements for TMS for both Nestle Purina and Nestle Waters
Serve as the SME for the TMS solution for Nestle North America.
Developed a strategic plan to transition support activities from Nestlé’s offshore team to an in-house support team

Outlined industry best practices in various aspects of transportation, including but not limited to Optimization of inbound and outbound moves, private fleet optimization, consolidation, MRO and carrier selection.
