Fabric and Crafts Specialty Retailer client - $2 billion retailer of specialty crafts and fabrics, operating over 800 retail outlets across the US.  The client
began discovery toward implementing an integrated demand and fulfillment system.
•        Led Fulfillment prototyping phase for JDA/Manugistics 7.4 .1 – prepared database, prepared functional testing scripts, defined solution design,
presented alternative solutions while providing coaching to augment classroom training.  
•        Gathered requirements and developed comprehensive solution document to provide communication tool across the team.

Food and Beverages Manufacturer client - $16 billion global consumer goods company of frozen and packaged foods.  The client upgraded Planning
systems and re-integrated with ordering, warehousing and shipping ERP.                        
•        Led Fulfillment upgrade from JDA/Manugistics 6.2 to 7.2 .1 – prepared functional specifications, collaborated with technical team to test integrations
and custom scripts, delivered training and provided coaching to Supply Chain planners.
•        Led continuous improvement initiatives with client Change Agent, presenting results and recommendations to Supply Chain director with
cost/benefits and roll-out plan.
•        Completed a project to adapt all interfaces for SAP from JDE.  Developed test cases, collaborated with internal and other consulting resources to
define and determine settings, configurations and classifications (such as order types, inventory) to aid the client in making decisions.  Proved systems
interfaces and functionality at go-live and supported users in post go-live environment.

Pharmaceuticals Manufacturer client - $52 billion researcher-manufacturer of prescription medicines and consumer healthcare products.  The client
standardized manufacturing and planning systems in a newly acquired facility – its largest implementation to date.        

 
•        Designed manufacturing site Demand planning and Distribution processes to integrate with parent company and harmonize Drug Product business
with Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients business, identifying gaps of the incoming manufacturing and planning system and recommending solutions
with system-wide benefit
•        Wrote business procedures and coordinated supporting detailed user guides for Demand Management and Distribution processes.

Petrochemicals Manufacturer client - major manufacturer-marketer of basic petrochemicals and specialty products with revenues of $298 billion.  The
project included roll out of global demand and supply planning.
•        Provided functional proficiency to the European, Asian and Africa/Middle East implementation rollouts of JDA Manugistics’ 6.1.2 Demand and
Fulfillment modules.  
•        Delivered expertise on system functionality, business process flow and best practices.  
•        Supplied knowledge transfer for JDA Manugistics’ configuration across regional implementations to ensure best practices and standardization.

Foods Manufacturer client - $7 billion manufacturer-marketer of packaged foods.  The project included implementation of an integrated demand and
supply planning system.
•        Led the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) implementation of JDA Manugistics’ 5.4.3.  The project included Demand and Supply Planning modules
with interfaces to legacy Load-Building and Order Management systems
•        Transitioned 20 VMI customers from legacy systems and phased in customers new to VMI.

Senior Supply Chain Planner        

Developed inventory and production plans for $258 million national brand hair-care category.  Coached end-users to improve supply chain planning skills
and software knowledge.

•        Evaluated systems and training needs of Supply Chain group and instituted program to achieve operating efficiency goals, improving service
targets from 89% to 96% in first 3 months.
•        Lead 20-person team to implement S&OP methodology for 2 plants.  Reduced schedule changes by 30%.
•        Represented Chicago division on project to implement the Supply Chain Planning model, enabling joint distribution for the merger of three
consumer products goods companies.
