I participated on a team to implement an asset management software application.  The first assignment was on the Data Migration (DM) team.  Tasks
consisted of developing the technical design document, developing the requirements and design of the Data Migration Process, developing the import
scripts used in the Data Migration Process, and developing the process flowcharts.  I was also tasked with participating as team leader, acting liaison
between the other teams of the project, and training the DM team members on the coding aspects of the asset management software import module.  
While on the DM team I trained the interface members on the Peregrine Repository Interface Manager (PRIM) software application and developed the
database table mappings between the asset management repository and the call center repository.

My second assignment was on the Acquisitions (AQM) & Asset Configuration (ACM) Management teams.  Because of my skills, I was tasked to design,
develop, modify, and test an assortment of business process scripts, wizards, workflows, and participating in the system test phase.  As assistant team
leader, I was responsible for coordinating the team effort, which consisted of acting consultant for the client team members, reviewing their coding
efforts, and recommending alternative coding practices.  I was also tasked with the development of the Knowledge Transfer Manual used for the
developer certification course, and participated in developing the course exam.  This course and exam is used to enhance the knowledge and
experience of the customer team members.

My third assignment was to perform two weeks of knowledge transfer to the company’s regional Core Acceptance Testing group for an understanding of
the company’s business processes.  This lead to the request and satisfaction of a four month extension in which I performed the knowledge transfer
training activities to the company’s regional developers, lead the regional development team in deploying the global system, and developed the
Connect-It (formerly PRIM) scenarios based on their regional specifications.

I participated on a team to implement an asset management software application.  I was responsible for developing 13 Crystal Reports used for the
decision making of the company’s business; import scripts used with a gateway to import the source data into the asset management system; and
performed all system testing to the customized gateway.  I was also tasked with researching the company’s business processes and developed
flowcharts and instructions of those processes along with an education plan for the end users responsible for the integrity of the system after
implementation.  I was subsequently contracted to give a pre-sales presentation on the functional aspects of the gateway and asset management system
for a subsidiary of this automotive company.

I participated on a team to upgrade the client’s asset management software application.  I was responsible for analyzing the pre-configured import
process script for this upgrade and customized it based on the client’s business rules.  I was also tasked with all facets of the testing phase of this
project consisting of the development of a test plan, test cases, test data, and configured two stand-alone workstations used in system testing.

Major Insurance Company
I was responsible for the installation testing of a customized asset management software package.  I created a report of all asset serial numbers to be
printed on labels for use with the clients’ “bar-code” technology.  This report was imported into the asset management system to be used on a regular
basis.  Corresponding training documents were created to import into and print from the asset management application.  I was subsequently contracted
to document instructions for exporting the client’s predefined “Views” from this asset management system.

As an information analyst supporting the customer, I was tasked to redesign an electronic transmission and hardcopy reporting process for
acknowledgment of orders placed, as well as status updates on the production cycle of those orders.  This consisted of developing a dealer master file
that stores address information, active/inactive status, file transmission codes, transmission file names, and reporting indicators to be used in the
transmission process.  A paper authorization process was also developed for manually updating the master dealer file.

I also developed an automated ad-hoc reporting process that, per client criteria, would rank every dealer in North America based on their yearly sales,
total number of dealers per ranking, and calculate the average number of days a dealer’s stock inventory would refresh.  This automated process uses a
condition file where the client can enter assorted criteria for ranking, by region, and by model and model year.

I participated on a team to create and update existing Disaster Recovery Plans for a North American Vehicle Information System.  I was responsible for
developing custom code/events, testing the plans, and resolving multiple file conflicts.  I was also the primary developer responsible for resolving
scheduling issues of these recovery plans.
